How to offend Jordan in 5:00 minutes or less
On the first day of vacation my true love gave to me, a trip to the IMA. Actually it was on Sunday which was day 2 but whose counting? Me apparently. Anyway we went there and trolled about for a few hours admiring and discussing the art. We also spent a good portion of the time ridiculing the Rif Raf that ran from room to run without ever stopping to actually look at or understand any of the art. Ingrates. I decided that I would like to put up a piece in there that is just a giant mirror. Because the people who come there are an exhibit in themselves. And not usually in a good way. As we were running out of time we tried to make it through a few of the rooms quickly so we could get to the Asian art before it closed, and no matter how hard we tried to move quickly we were continually stopped, drawn in, and intrigued. We did have a positive effect on one or two individuals who paused their art race to look for a moment at what we were looking at. I also brought the camera along because I have been trying to capture some of the interesting moments that go on in our life and filmed a short segment of me and Ty discussing how the atom bomb works on a molecular level. We barely got through any of the new stuff they had so we will have to go back sometime soon. More good times ahead.
