Life's Been Good lately

So, hopefully I can keep this one brief. Was a super fun weekend. Started out Friday afternoon which we spent at the fair because of CANstruction. I really think it conveyed the message I was hoping for, and people liked it. We went to the fair a total of three times (WTF right). Anyway we didn’t win any awards at the ceremony but we did get a prize. Woot. They gave $100 in fair food comps to each team. Since me and TY were the only people from our team to show up to the ceremony we got it ALL. We at a LOT of fair food, and still had a ton to feed friends and family. I had the Deep fried butter which turned out to be AMAZING, and I wasn’t expecting much. It wasn’t just butter it was Cinnamon Butter. So, Double amazing. The Howards joined us at 7:00 and we ended up staying at the fair till 10 with games, rides, food, and robots, followed by late night trip to the Howards for drinks. The robot was pretty sweet. Sat. was our celebratory anniversary. We went to Chick-Fila for lunch (totally unrelated. I haven’t been there since early in school. So 4 years maybe) then for dinner we went to Olive Garden for dinner. The Moscato wine (5 Stars) was on the Howards. They gave us a gift card to Olive Garden for our anniversary, we have such nice friends. After that we watched Despicable me which was better than I was expecting. I think we were the only ones in the theater laughing hysterically at the anti-kid comments. I wish I could remember the really good ones in the middle of the movie, but I can’t find them online. I also wish I could understand why they made the villain reminiscent of apple. On Sunday we went shopping and watched Madmen. I don’t know if TY is going to like them or not, but I remember I didn’t care for them at first either so we will see. Yesterday we watched Deja-vu. I wasn’t actually expecting it to be a very good movie. It was PHENOMINAL. I plan on buying it most likely. Well that’s all the important stuff I wanted to convey. So much for short. Is anyone still reading this thing? Let me know.
