Culture

Well folks this has been a weekend. On Friday I found out that the IRS never got my taxes, which means they could be anywhere. Didn’t do much of anything this weekend just sat around watching TV. I was going to go paintball since Ty was laid up from hurting herself. You should be more careful when you sleep. On Saturday I went and test drove a Porsche. Which while that is awesome to say I have done when it comes down to it I liked the handling of the Honda better. It did have a feel of power but couldn’t do too much with the acceleration. In fact its 0-60 was 6 sec, verse the 7 on the Honda so not a big dif. It did corner well though. On Sunday we went to the IMA had fun looking at everything again and talking. There is this awesome new display that is essentially a giant marble track. It was supposed to be about interior space, but me and Ty were able to extrapolate it into a pretty cool dialog of cosmic physics and predetermination. On a slightly random note, I decided I wanted to post a list of all the plays I’ve been to. Although it’s probably not as long as Jesse’s, I think in general it’s a pretty impressive list.

A Christmas Carol

The Tempest

Daniel (by sight and sound)

The Scarlet Pimpernel

Moby Dick “A Rehearsal” (much better than I was expecting)

Avenue Q (Broadway: Amazing)

Camino Real

The Full Monty

Moving Out (awful, just awful)

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels

Cabaret (Amazing)

When You Coming Back Red Rider

Rent (in movie form)

Actually not as many as I thought but there you have it. Maybe I will remember one that I forgot later on and I’ll come back and add it. Thank you all. As always have fun,
