The right amount of cheese and a bendy straw. Life is good.

So this weekend was a long one. We’ll start off with the big news, The cookout. It went amazing. None of the extraneous people who we invited showed up but that’s probably just because they don’t know what their missing. Cornhole, Hookah, Prizes, Games, sand art, Grilled food, conversation, I would have liked to play catch phrase since we had so many people but we will just reserve that for next time. Grandma Smooking Hookah, that was awesome. I loved all of my gifts. I’ve all ready used two. We played a few games of the WWII chess. America won both times. It’s quite frankly a little suspicious. And I used the gamestop card to help buy Singularity. I was a little concerned that since I had been waiting a year and a half for it, it would not be able to live up to expectation. I was wrong. It is so friggen awesome. Spent all day Tuesday playing it since I was home sick. Cough Cough. It was neat that everyone was doing art also, even if I didn’t get to participate. The bird does look good Joel. I love that painting. Sunday was supposed to be a recovery day from the cookout but instead we went gallivanting to the IMA and the Old Spaghetti Factory, which I’ve never been to. It would have been slightly better with a little wine but all in all I was very happy with the steak and pasta I ordered. There was also a trip for fireworks and Texas Roadhouse(not nearly up to par with indy’s) and a fire at the parents on Monday. This was a short post for such a long amazing weekend. LOVED IT.

PS - I almost forgot about CANstruction. I have an awesome design that has two meanings. One which I will tell to anyone who is on my team. And then a second interpretation which is subversive and sardonic and will be explained to everyone else. When trying to come up with this design TY asked me if I had considered NOT being mean with it. and the response was: Well they are spending tens of thousands of dollars, to send thousands of almost exclusively non-main food items (kidney beans, tomatos, spices, green beans) to a bunch poor americans 90% of who all ready have the means to get it themselves if they would work a little. So in a word No.
